INFERTILITY IN VITRO FERTILIZATION
After determining the group for the parents-to-be according to the Maya Integrated Treatment Plan TM (Maya Plan) approach in order to reveal the cause(s) of infertility, Advance Examination Panels are applied according to the group of the patient.
Advance Examination Panels are applied in the following conditions to the parents-to-be receviving treatment at Maya In Vitro Fertilization Center.
- Evaluated to be in the unexplained infertility group
- Received in vitro fertilization treatment without achieving pregnancy
- Always had miscarriages after pregnancies that are achieved either naturally or with treatment
There are 11 main groups within the Advanced Examination Panels.
- İmminulogical and Hemophilic PanelIt is applied to the parents-to-be who have been evaluated within the unexplained infertility group until meeting MAYA, who have received in vitro fertilization treatment without achieving pregnancy, who always have had miscarriages after natural or treated pregnancies. Low or high results of some examinations in this panel indicate the existence of activities of the maternal body to reject the embryo, to hinder the hold of it in the uterus (ETF, LAC, RIP). It is done in order to correctly determine the treatment method and additional applications which increase the pregnancy chance.
There are total 25 examinations in the 5 groups within this panel. - Genetic panel It is applied to the parents-to-be who have no infertility cause and have been evaluated within the unexplained infertility group, who have received in vitro fertilization treatment without achieving pregnancy, who always have had miscarriages after natural or treated pregnancies (YCMD etc). It is done in order to correctly determine the treatment method and additional applications which increase the pregnancy chance.
There are total 5 examinations in the group within this panel. - PCO panel This examination panel is usually applied to the mothers-to-be who have been diagnosed with polycystic ovarian in order to correctly determine their treatment plan and doses sensitively and correctly, to determine and select the additional applications that increase the pregnancy chance (DHEA-Sulfate, IGFBP1 etc).
There are total 8 examinations in the 2 main groups within this panel. - Prognoz paneli MAYA Prognoz paneli, yumurtalıklarda üretim kapasitesinin düşük olduğu düşünülen anne adaylarından, önceki tedavi denemelerinde döllenme oranı düşük olan ya da embriyo kalitelerinin yetersiz olduğu belirtilmiş olan anne-baba adaylarına uygulanır (AOA, SDFA vb). Bu grupta yer alan anne baba adaylarına uygun tedavi yöntemi ve gebelik şansını artırıcı ek uygulamaların doğru biçimde belirlenebilmesi için yapılır.
There are total 8 examinations in the 2 main groups within this panel. - Prognosis paneli MAYA Prognosis panel is applied to the mothers-to-be who are considered to have low production capacity in the ovum and who have low fertilization ratio in previous treatment attempts or have insufficient embryo quality. (AOA, SDFA etc). Iy . It is applied to the parents-to-be in this group in order to correctly determine the suitable treatment plan and the additional applications that increase the pregnancy chance.
There are total 15 examinations in the 2 main groups within this panel. - Reserve panel It is applied to the mothers-to-be who have low fertilization ratio in the previous treatment attempts and low embryo quality and when it is required at MAYA to measure the production capacity of the ovary (EFORT, AOA etc). It is applied to the parents-to-be in this group in order to correctly determine the suitable treatment plan and the additional applications that increase the pregnancy chance.
There are total 10 examinations in the group within this panel. - OAT panel It is applied to the fathers-to-be who have low fertilization ratio in the previous treatment attempts and low embryo quality, who have weak sperm number, mobility and shape (SDFA, YCMD 3,0 etc). It is applied to the fathers-to-be in this group in order to correctly determine the suitable treatment plan and the additional applications that increase the pregnancy chance and thus to plan a successful treatment program.
There are total 5 examinations in the group within this panel. - Azo panel AZO panel is requested from those who have no sperm cell in their seminal fluid, who have low fertilization ratio or low embryo quality (Inhibin B etc). It is applied in order to correctly determine the suitable treatment method for the parents-to-be and the additional applications that increase the pregnancy chance.
There are total 4 examinations in 2 groups within this examination panel. - Anatomic panel It is requested from the parents-to-be who have recurring natural or post-treatment miscarriages, who may have structural problems in their tubes (obstruction, adhesiveness), uterus (curtain, myom, pollip) and ovary (cyst), who similarly may have structural problems with testises and urethra (HSG, H/S vb). It is applied in order to correctly determine the suitable treatment method and the additional applications that increase the pregnancy chance for the parents-to-be in this group.
There are total 4 examinations in the group within this examination panel. - Hormone panel Hormon panel is usually requested from the mothers-to-be who have problems like failing to have menstrual cycle or having it at long intervals, failing to develop egg etc; and from the fathers who have problems like lack of pilosity, breast growth, lack of testis development, erection problem, heavy OAT or azoospermia (FSH, LH etc). It is applied in order to correctly determine the suitable treatment method and the additional applications that increase the pregnancy chance for the parents-to-be in this group.
There are total 7 examinations in the group within this examination panel. - Recurring IVF panel Recurring IVF panel is requested from the parents-to-be who received unsuccessful IVF treatment or who have frequent miscarriage experience which occurs by itself or after treatment (ATGA, NK/RIP, MTHFR etc). It is applied in order to correctly determine the suitable treatment method and the additional applications that increase the pregnancy. chance for the parents-to-be in this group.
There are total 33 examinations in the 7 groups within this examination panel. - Abort panel, which is applied at MAYA, is requested from the parents-to-be who experienced two or more miscarriages although achieving pregnancy with or without treatment (HLA DQα, YCMD 3,0 etc.). It is applied in order to correctly determine the suitable treatment method and the additional applications that increase the pregnancy.
