Parallel to our corporate vision; our vision for human rights is to make Maya a place where modern norms in the human rights and applications are adopted and implemented, targeting constant development, preferred by the principled people. Selection and Placement

The selection criteria for the employees are determined to allow the employees to be selected, trained, assessed and promoted based on the required skills, qualities and competencies. The applications are followed in the Candidate Database updated by the Human Resources Team. The applications are kept confidential. Career possibilities vary according to performance, knowledge and skill, possibilities of the existing position, employees are provided with horizontal and vertical transfer. In this sense, Maya Health Group adopted a policy of training its managers within the company.

Our Salary Policy

The salary policy of the group aims to keep the performance and quality of the personnel high by implementing a competition based salary system in order to ensure services of higher standards. Therefore, competencies, performances and market conditions of the personnel are taken into consideration when determining the fees. Before each salary increase period, Human Resources Team conducts a Market Fee Survey by taking advantage of the corporate based researches and those of professional consultancy companies. The results of the market fee survey are reported to the senior management of the Group to ensure a realistic salary structure that complies with the market conditions.

Our Education Policy

In order to increase their values on the organization, there are trainings programs for the employees including different contents for each level. With this education programs, all employees of Maya Health Group are provided with equal opportunities for their training and development. The basic purpose of the trainings organized within the group is to increase the technical knowledge and skill level of the employee regarding his/her current task and to provide with the technical knowledge and skill to be required in the next task. Maya Health Group set out with this vision and laid the foundations of Maya Knowledge Academy in 2008.
